Tike Ljubljana showed the potential to become an important place for sneakerhead community the very first day it opened its door. We were challenged within our first year with the most unexpected situation, but we quickly figured out our way to stay on top of the sneaker game. Our instore events were replaced by online activities, online raffles, and video content.
We are happy to say that we kept our store and activities in our usual vibe, whilst having the community engaged. Due to the pandemic situation we had to host our first birthday under restrictions, the celebration was small, so we made it with an instore giveaway for Air Jordan 1, Instagram giveaway for Yeezy 350 “Zyon” and a shock drop release for Air Jordan 1 “Satin Snake” in which Slovenian sneakerheads had to run to the top of the Ljubljana Castle to get a chance at buying a pair.
We also did a lot of instore shock drops for limited shoes throughout the season and of course online and Instagram raffles for Nike, adidas and other brands in our store.
We continue to grow and inspire our sneaker community and share our knowledge with new upcoming sneakerheads.
